**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery café, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff across front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance).
- Monitor and control operating costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving sales targets.
- Ensure alignment with the brand DNA and deliver a world-class guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5+ years of experience** as a Restaurant Manager or Bakery Café Manager.
- Strong knowledge of bakery café operations (production, display, service).
- Proven leadership, team management, and training skills.
- Financial acumen (P&L, cost control, inventory management).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Korean is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage.
