**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations of soft services, including cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and concierge/front-of-house services.
- Ensure all soft services are delivered in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor the performance of cleaning and service staff, ensuring tasks are completed to high-quality standards and within defined timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage inventory of cleaning materials, uniforms, and consumables, and ensure timely procurement and distribution.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on service performance, incidents, and improvement measures to management and clients.
- Train, guide, and support soft services staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to handle requests, resolve complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in staff rostering, shift scheduling, and attendance tracking to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of **3 years of experience in soft services coordination or supervision** within the facility management industry in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of soft services operations, especially cleaning, housekeeping, and customer-facing services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and facility management systems.
- Familiarity with Qatari labor laws, safety regulations, and local operational requirements.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
