We are currently hiring for the below position.
- **Soft Services Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the Soft Service Teams to provide the highest quality solutions to all aspects of service delivery.
- Preparation and implementation of maintenance schedules
- Create an all-encompassing support function that demonstrates the integration our operational performance.
- Provide assistance to Site teams during handover as required.
- Establishment of internal Operational KPIs for Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control and Hospitality services
- Structure and Maintain Soft Service SOPs in the IMS System and monitor implementation.
- Structure the ‘Soft Services Standards’ library in the IMS system
- Analyze and review individual PPM structure and content across the project for consistency and attention to detail and standardize where possible.
- Assist the Business Development team by providing technical solutions for proposals.
- Assist Business Development with proposal surveys, defining scope of works as required and advising on technical deviations, offering solutions.
- Assist Site Managers with Mobilization/ demobilization activities.
- Structure the Training for Operations Teams in coordination with the ‘Training Coordinator’

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in a facilities management environment with experience of multi-disciplined sites.
- Minimum of 15 years hands on experience in facilities management.
- BICSc certified

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
