**Description**

Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Ground Services team based in Doha as Strategy & Communications Specialist.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a leading Aviation group to support the development and execution of strategic plans and work closely with various business units to align all communication with the business goals.

**Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Responsible for fostering a transparent, engaging information flow and support the execution of strategic projects and internal communication efforts across the Ground Services Division.
- Contribute on strategic planning, leading a robust communications framework to effectively dispatch necessary updates related to new business requirements, existing policies and new initiatives.
- Generate visual and written reports that provide insights for decision making and strategic direction.
- Design and create visual materials such as presentations, infograhics and digital assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage and update internal platforms like QHub to ensure content is relevant,accessible and upto date.

**Qualifications**
- High School Qualification with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- Qualification in Journalism, English, Communications or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Graphic Design knowledge and experience is mandatory (Adobe or similar)
- Basic photography skills, including the ability to capture high-quality images for internal events.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Knowledge of KPI development and reporting frameworks.
- Knowledge of using reporting and visualization tools lilke Microsoft Power BI or similar.
