**What you will be doing**:

- Identify opportunities and generate prospective and promising leads
- Ensure optimal conversion of prospects to closures
- Gain significant understanding of products and services to offer the best suited solution for customer requirements
- Streamline all matters concerning your accounts by being a focal point of contact
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships
- Actively retain and seek opportunities from existing customers
- Timely and successful assistance with customer requests or escalations ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained
- Prepare reports on current status and future prospects
