Facility Engineer

We are hiring for the - **Facility Engineer**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing the facility manuals and procedures and follow up the implementation in all projects.
- Inspecting all the assets on the sites related to our company projects.
- Doing all the required survey related to the site problems and issues.
- Checking and confirming that all the sites are following and implementing the company standards and procedures, government formalities and criteria in their sites to avoid any kind of warnings and penalties.
- Checking the quality of execution of all the work in all the sites.
- Checking the duty activities and the technician distribution according to the job orders, making sure that they are working and achieving the task on time.
- Checking the workload based on the distribution and manpower numbers, materials equipment’s to implement the load control system during the execution.
- Following up the achievement of the entire snags list given to the department.
- Preparing the required inspection reports in daily, weekly and monthly as required.
- Inspecting the work areas to assure that the worker, supervisors and engineers following the method of statements and obtaining all the work permits and approvals.
- Checking the electricity and water meters readings in each site records and making sure that all the sites management team assigning technicians or team for making the meter readings daily.
- Checking the electricity and water consumption and maintain logs to control the water and electricity consumptions and saving the cost.
- Inspecting the entire facility management requirement in all the projects such as (maintenance, security, cleaning, safety, waste management, accommodation, pest control, landscaping administration) in all site areas including the rooftop.
- The inspection of the sites will include but not limited to: All the buildings civil works and requirements - such as conditions, floorings, corridors, paints, wall cracks, waterproofing, interlock condition, tiles, curbstone, parking’s shades, recreation areas and courts and all other civil activities requirement., drainage
- All buildings plumbing works and requirements such as toilets fixtures, drainage system, rain gullies, sewage system, water taps, mixers, flash tanks, showers, hand Shattaf, pipes & fittings, water coolers fixtures, water tanks, water pumps, panels and pressure system.
- All buildings electrical works and requirements - such as lights of all type, sockets, breakers, panels, UPS, CBS system, Generators, electrical cables, LV rooms, street lights, pole lights, mast lights.
- Buildings mechanical works and requirement - such as firefighting and alarm system, water filtrations, water pumps, HVAC system.
- All administrative document work procedures - such as work permits, material requests, inventory records, SRS for the store, manuals and procedures coordination system, method of statements and all integrated management system.
- Supporting the facility manager in all related issues.
- Supporting in tender preparation.
- Following the company rules and regulations.
- Reporting to the manager in charge.
- To provide the suggestions and solutions which can help to solve the work-related problems.
- Responding to emergency whenever asked and at any time.
- Preparing and reviewing all the facility department system and documents.
- Implementing a system and making sure that the replaced material will be handed over back to the storekeeper.
- Manage the asset of each project, by implementing asset management system and procedure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- UPDA license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
