Job Vacancy**:CNC and Nesting Programmer cum CAD Operator**

Job Purpose:

- Prepares profile-cutting lists & plate nesting using the appropriate software for material booking & order.
- Extracts profiles & plates NC files from detailing software.
- Drafts single part AutoCAD drawings with scale 1:1 if required.
- Prepares profile-cutting lists & plate nesting using the appropriate software for feeding the workshop profile cutting and plate nesting machines.
- Arranges/coordinates with material control for the profile & plate rests/offcuts controlling.
- Arranges with fabrication department machines operators for profiles cutting & plates nesting programs issuing for fabrication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepares profile-cutting lists & plate nesting using the appropriate software for material booking & order.
- Extracts profiles & plates NC files from detailing software.
- Drafts single part AutoCAD drawings with scale 1:1 if required.
- Prepares profile-cutting lists & plate nesting using the appropriate software for feeding the workshop profile cutting and plate nesting machines.
- Arranges/coordinates with material control for the profile & plate rests/offcuts controlling.
- Arranges with fabrication department machines operators for profiles cutting & plates nesting programs issuing for fabrication.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5-8 years of continuous experience in steel structure drafting and nesting.
- Good skills and knowledge in profile & plate nesting with the ability to understand working practices.
- Must be analytically minded and accurate with figures and think logically and systematically.
- Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work flexibly within a team and maintaining close working relationships with internal and external colleagues as well as clients.
- Having proactive approach to identify problems, with the ability to think creatively in order to provide effective solutions.
- Proficient and updated with a vast array of profile cutting & plate nesting programs, concepts and technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and able to provide professional responses.
