With our continuous growth, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exclusive and exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Network Optimization and Strategy Team** in **Doha **as a **Cargo Flight Analyst.**
The role will be responsible to optimize structural cargo flows across the QR cargo network as well as manage incoming requests for structural capacity on a seasonal basis from a selected origin region. Monitor the performance of the flights and take pro-active and corrective actions.
Some of the tasks include:
- Evaluate incoming allocation requests and review if they meet the set commercial thresholds and operational restrictions of the aircraft.
- Identify capacity options to offer for structural requests which meet the conditions as specified above.
- Understanding market dynamics by analysing demand data, refining that into a strategy to optimize cargo capacity out of your region and taking necessary actions to implement such strategies.
- Working closely with Sales teams to drive desired flows of cargo out of the region.
- Review and communicate performance of structural flows to sales teams, taking corrective actions in case of low/ non-performance.
- Manage the impact of long-term capacity changes for the structural flows on a route.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance or other related discipline preferably within the airline/ cargo industry.
- Experience in revenue management is preferred.
- General knowledge of air cargo and revenue management concepts
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
