**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance, testing, calibration, and repair of electrical equipment
- Supervise and manage a team of electrical technicians during maintenance, installation, and construction activities offshore
- Conduct first-line fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment
- Identify and coordinate necessary electrical isolations to ensure safe work execution
- Operate and maintain:

- Power generating stations
- Switchgear and protective relays
- Industrial control systems
- Power cables, transformers, and control circuits
- Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
- Adhere to offshore safety, quality, and operational procedures, including permit-to-work systems

**Typical Equipment**:

- Offshore power generating stations
- Electrical switchgear and protective relay panels
- Variable frequency drives for electrical submersible pumps (ESP)
- Power transformers and power distribution cables
- Industrial control and automation systems

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 3 years technical studies (Diploma or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry, including offshore environments
- Solid understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, control circuits, and motor drives
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical faults
- Familiarity with offshore HSE practices and electrical safety standards
- Strong supervisory skills with ability to lead and coordinate a small team
- Willingness to work offshore on a rotational schedule
