HR Coordinator

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring employees for various roles (sales agents, administrative staff, property managers, etc.).
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and promoting the brand to attract top talent.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Ensure the company’s HR policies align with employment laws and industry standards.
- Promote employee engagement and retention by implementing feedback systems and addressing concerns proactively.
- Coordinate training programs to develop employees’ skills, improve performance, and increase job satisfaction.
- Work with leadership to identify development needs and implement professional growth programs tailored to the real estate sector.
- Oversee performance appraisals, help set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Manage the employee recognition programs and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, real estate industry regulations, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, benefits administration, and ensure confidentiality.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and terminations in line with company policies.
- Manage compensation strategies to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and leave policies.
- Partner with senior leadership to create and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on turnover, employee satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
