We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager with background in the restaurant and hospitality industry to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. - Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and posting regular content, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies. - Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase online visibility and drive traffic. - Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI. - Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials. - Develop and execute strategies to engage with customers online, respond to inquiries, and manage online reviews and feedback. - Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus. - Skills: Strong creative and visual skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). - Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies. - Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches. - Team Player: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
