Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in BIM, such as from the Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent.
- Familiarity with coding or scripting (e.g., Dynamo, Python) for automation and customization in BIM processes.
- Understanding of sustainability practices in building design and construction.
