**JOB DESCRIPTION - HEAD CHEF**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Head Chef** to join us at our **Restaurant Located in Doha, Qatar. **As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the kitchen, maintaining a high standard of food quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a senior position that requires a high level of culinary expertise and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Develop menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Train and coach junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Manage and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a head chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of local and international cuisines
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management software and kitchen equipment
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
