**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Management**:

- Lead and manage the bid process from initial invitation to contract award, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of bid documents, including the technical and financial proposal.
- Analyze and evaluate tender specifications, ensuring all requirements are understood and met.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs and industry trends to ensure competitive proposals.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Legal teams to gather necessary information and ensure that proposals are accurate and complete.
- Facilitate internal bid review meetings to ensure alignment on proposal content and strategy.
- Liaise with external partners or subcontractors as necessary to integrate their contributions into the final proposal.
- **Proposal Writing and Presentation**:

- Develop, edit, and finalize bid documents, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and adherence to client instructions.
- Produce persuasive executive summaries and responses to tender questions that highlight BIN ARBAID's strengths and value proposition.
- Present bids and proposals to senior management and clients, ensuring all key aspects are effectively communicated.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure that all bid submissions meet legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Identify and manage any risks associated with the bid, including pricing and contractual obligations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Maintain and update a library of bid templates, case studies, and past proposals to improve efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate and report on bid performance, proposing areas for improvement in future bids.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members involved in the bidding process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience 10+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role in a relevant industry.
- Extensive multi-disciplinary experience in **Trading &** **contracting**, **factory** **construction**, and **services** is required.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software.
- Experience with financial modeling and pricing strategies is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams.
