**Overview**

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Contractor’s labor force and resources to meet the overall O&M requirements of the Contract.

**Essential Job Duties**
- Manage the overall public works performance of a multinational workforce.
- Assist in monthly performance reviews both internally and with the customer.
- Assist in effectively managing the financial goals of the contract and the company.
- Have at least five years’ experience managing the following public works functions:

- Prime power production
- Water plant operations
- Wastewater plant operations and disposal
- Facilities and infrastructure maintenance
- Fire Alarm and Suppression System Maintenance
- Physical Security Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance
- Engineering design
- Minor construction
- Grounds maintenance
- Warehousing and inventory management

**Minimum Requirements**
- Active in Scope Secret clearance.
- Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent schools’ training/certifications.
- 5 years’ experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations (greater than $10 Million annual operations).

**Work Environment**
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
