**Job Title: Retail Sales Representative - Cosmetics**

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team in the cosmetic sector. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers, assess their needs, and recommend the most suitable cosmetic products. You will be responsible for demonstrating products, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet sales targets, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Needs Assessment**: Assess the needs of customers by engaging in conversation and asking insightful questions to recommend the most suitable cosmetic products for their requirements.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering tailored product recommendations to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

**Complaint Resolution**: Professionally handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

**Industry Awareness**: Stay current with the latest beauty trends, new product launches, and emerging technologies to offer customers the most relevant and accurate product information

**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are well stocked on display shelves and promptly restock items as needed, maintaining a fully stocked and visually appealing store environment.

**Cash Register & Payments**: Process customer payments efficiently and accurately, handle cash register duties, and ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies.

**Store Organization & Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually attractive sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

**Promotions & Marketing Initiatives**: Actively participate in promotional events, product launches, beauty seminars, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales and attract new customers.

**Sales Presentation & Promotion**: Present, promote, and sell cosmetic products to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring product benefits and features are clearly communicated to maximize sales.

**Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets within the established schedule by effectively engaging with customers and promoting key products.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and encourage future purchases.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

In-depth knowledge of beauty products, including skincare and cosmetics, and their functions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.

Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.

Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and calm manner.

Passion for beauty trends, cosmetics, and customer service.

Basic math and cash-handling skills for processing transactions.

A positive and energetic attitude, with a professional appearance.

**Education & Experience**:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Certification or training in cosmetology, beauty, or related fields (preferred).

1-2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
