**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day beach operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and service excellence.
- Manage hospitality services, including F&B outlets, beach activities, entertainment, and guest relations.
- Supervise and schedule lifeguards, security, housekeeping, and hospitality staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and authorities for smooth operations.
- Maintain facility assets, equipment, and supplies at optimal levels.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or resort/beach management.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, F&B services, and guest experience management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
