- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- **Locally available in Qatar** with a valid Qatar residence permit and work authorization.
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, local HR practices, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Manament: 1 year (preferred)
