Partner with the best

To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

As a Base Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Review and audit the drilling fluids, completion, and wellbore cleanup and corrosion control programs.
- Review and audit final well reports for each well.
- Responsible for decisions taken for the technical support to QP engineers and following up operations, trouble-shooting mud, and hole problems in association with QP representative and discuss possible improvements.
- Monitoring the overall operations and mud materials stock level at the Qatar based stockyard (Ras Lafan) and ensuring maintaining the required mud materials.
- Visiting the field as and when required for smooth operations.
- Ensure all contractor personnel comply with QP HSE policy, as stated in Clause 10 herein below.
- Participate, contribute, and attend the Drilling Operations Incident Review Committee (DOIRC) meetings.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized University/Institute and advanced mud engineering certification with minimum 17 years mud engineering experience including 12 years minimum offshore operations experience.
- Have Previous Qatar and/or GCC experience is preferred.
- Have consolidated experience in WC operations.
- Able to fluently speak and write in Portuguese and Advanced English.
