Job Title: Bodyshop Service Advisor
- Employment: Full Time
- Experience: 3 to 4 years (Bodyshop experience preferred)
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/ university degree in relevant field

**Job Description**:

- Receiving customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raising repair orders
on internal system with regards to the Bodyshop.
- Providing detailed explanations and technical justifications for additional repairs
with cost estimates and approval from customers.
- Regularly following up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status,
updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within
proposed timeframe.
- Raising special orders for parts not available and following up to keep customer
informed.
- Preparing invoices on internal systems and arranging for active delivery of vehicles
- Following up on payments of credit customers and ensuring collection within stipulated
time.
- Regularly monitoring orders raised and ensuring timely billing.
- Conducting post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Talk to insurance companies to get repair approvals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Bodyshop with automotive industry: 3 years (required)
