**Job Summary**:
The Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the workshop. They are responsible for understanding customer vehicle issues, providing service estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding vehicle performance or maintenance needs.
- Accurately record vehicle information and customer complaints in job cards.
- Provide cost and time estimates for repair and maintenance services.
- Explain recommended services, repair options, and pricing to customers clearly.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and determine required work.
- Update customers on job progress, delays, or changes in estimates.
- Ensure all required parts and tools are available before scheduling jobs.
- Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation of all work done.
- Promote preventive maintenance and upsell value-added services when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in automotive technology is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and common service requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
- Familiarity with job card systems, DMS (Dealer Management Systems), or garage management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Automotive service center or dealership.
- Customer-facing with occasional visits to workshop/service bays.
- May involve working under pressure during peak service periods.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
