A highly motivated Commercial Leasing Consultant is required to contribute to maximizing occupancy and revenue for a prestigious portfolio of retail and mall properties. The role involves managing the entire leasing process, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants, and ensuring a seamless, efficient leasing experience from initial engagement through to successful handover.

**Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert on our property portfolio, understanding the unique features and benefits of each space.
- Proactively build relationships with potential tenants, showcasing our retail offerings as the perfect fit for their business needs.
- Conduct property tours, effectively communicating the value proposition to generate leasing interest.
- Navigate the full leasing cycle, from initial introductions to final documentation and handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both tenants and the company.
- Actively develop new relationships in order to introduce the company’s real estate portfolio to potential tenants.
- Handle the full cycle of leasing transactions, including introductions, showings, coordinating necessary documentation, and satisfactory handover.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the real estate market, including experience in Qatar.
- Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets and achieving successful client acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong understanding of retail market trends and tenant needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.

**- Valid QID, QDL, and NOC (required).**

**- Bilingual (Arabic, English) (required).**
