Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and emerging technologies related to office furniture.
- Evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues related to procurement and delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, address any performance issues, and actively seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Keep abreast of sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, savings, and other relevant metrics as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, specifically in office furniture sourcing logistics and procurement.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental regulations related to office furniture procurement.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools for vendor management, contract administration, and reporting.
