**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducting in-depth sales and market analysis to pinpoint potential sales targets and opportunities.
- Formulating comprehensive sales plans and setting and achieving sales targets.
- Proactively generating leads to fuel business growth.
- Effectively managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Crafting and refining proposals tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations, skillfully negotiating terms, and consistently closing deals.
- Spearheading diverse marketing activities to bolster Averroes brand and reach.
- Actively participating in business development endeavors and aiding in the development of new services.
- Being ready to perform consulting duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is highly advantageous.
- Approximately 5-7 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the consulting industry, with a focus on areas such as Strategy, Quality and Excellence, Innovation, and Organizational Transformation.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is an absolute requirement.
- A proven track record of being performance-driven, meeting targets consistently, and displaying determination in achieving results.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
