Crew Control Training and Recovery Officer

Abou the role:
As a Crew Control Training and Recovery Officer, you are responsible to ensure training disruptions for Cabin and Flight Deck crew are recovered in acordance with QCAA regulations and company requirements.
- Perform delegated desk based duties during the shift / as per laid CCTR procedures, in order to ensure the required tasks are completed accurately by the end of each shift Perform daily checks on Trainer/Trainee rosters to ensure company and regulatory compliance are adhered.
- Responsible to schedule training recoveries as recommended by the Fleet Training Management are planned and executed in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Perform series of quality audits on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulatory rules of governing the use of trainers and trainees.
- Responsible to ensure the vacant slot of the trainee/instructor is filled in compliance with company and QCAA regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring training results and ongoing compliance, make appropriate changes to crew rosters or escalate any issues to the relevant Fleet Training Management.
- Monitor and action all active alerts are resolve them timely.
- Ensure optimum use of training instructors to maximize the productivity of instructors towards benefit of the training.
- Ensure Crew notifications of training changes are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner for their further planning and action.
- Ensure ground training, simulator training and line training is scheduled in a stipulated time.
- Coordinate operations within the published roster (for the next 48 hours and beyond) ensuring seamless provision of training and training efficiency by utilizing the training devices to their maximum capacity.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
About you:
Without a Degree:
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

OR With a Degree:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience Essential Flight Operations department working experience.
- Work experience in crew resource related role is desirable, especially training coordination.
- Command of English language.
- Multi skilled ensuring all parameters are followed during the control of disruption to any training activities.
- Technical knowledge.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of crew management and training systems is desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of crew management and training planning systems is desirable.
