**General Role**

Responsible for driving the execution of business strategies and operational plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate strategic plans into actionable business initiatives.
- Monitor execution progress and report on performance metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support change management and continuous improvement efforts.

**Required Experience**
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in business operations or strategy execution, including at least 3 years in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and drive results.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
