We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager

to drive our Business Development initiatives in Qatar. As an BDM in the Business Development department, you will play a critical role in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. **Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth, while aligning with the organization's overall vision and goals.

2. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships through market research, networking, and attending industry events.

3. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for expansion and growth.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Lead and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing deals, and contract signing, while meeting or exceeding targets.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop comprehensive proposals and compelling business cases.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and adapt strategies accordingly.

8. Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

9. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships, leveraging existing networks and actively pursuing new leads.

10. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales trends, and achievements to the senior management team.

**Requirements**:
1. bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree would be an advantage.

2. Proven experience of 3 to 7 years in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in Qatar or the Gulf region.

3. Strong understanding of the Qatar business landscape, market dynamics, and industry trends.

4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.

5. Exceptional negotiation, networking, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

6. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and solving problems.

7. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

8. Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

9. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage and track sales activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From QAR15,000.00 per month
