We are looking for a talented **Demi Chef de Partie** with expertise in hot kitchen operations to join our culinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-energy environment where precision, creativity, and teamwork are paramount. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence while mentoring junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations in designated hot kitchen sections (sauté, grill, fry, etc.)
- Ensure impeccable execution of all hot dishes with perfect timing, temperature control, and artistic presentation
- Maintain rigorous mise-en-place standards and station organization
- Uphold 5-star quality standards through consistent taste testing and visual inspections
- Train and guide Commis Chefs in proper cooking techniques, plating, and safety protocols
- Implement effective waste reduction strategies and precise portion control
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain smooth kitchen workflow

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **4+ years** of proven experience in **5-star hotel** hot kitchen environments
- Expertise in **Western/Continental/Asian** cooking methods and contemporary techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of **protein preparation** (meat, poultry, seafood)
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a **fast-paced, high-volume** kitchen
- **Food Safety Certification** (HACCP, ServSafe, or equivalent) required
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring junior staff
