We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to play a crucial role in the daily operations of our company, which provides nurses, speech therapists, doctors, and caregivers to homes, clinics, nurseries, and schools. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational aspects, including customer service, invoicing, scheduling, and more.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:

- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.

2. Invoicing and Payments:

- Share invoices with clients and follow up on payment status.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing.

3. Scheduling:

- Efficiently organize and manage schedules for our staff, adapting to last-minute changes when necessary.
- Ensure appointments are scheduled effectively to maximize productivity.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Establish and maintain a structured system for reports and documentation related to company operations.
- Generate reports as needed to provide insights into operational efficiency.

5. Communication:

- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, while interacting with clients, staff, and team members. In English (Essential) and Arabic (Not essential).

6. Problem-Solving and Flexibility:

- Adapt to unforeseen challenges and think creatively to find solutions, particularly in managing last-minute changes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist in various operational tasks when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
