Myriad Beauty is a dynamic and growing beauty brand that operates across eCommerce, and retail. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in ensuring seamless execution of daily operations, improving processes, and tracking project progress. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate strategy into execution. Key Responsibilities **Operational Execution & Process Improvement** Develop and enforce structured processes and SOPs across different departments (Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Customer Service). Ensure all teams follow the established workflows and deadlines. Oversee team accountability, ensuring projects are completed on time. Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions to improve efficiency. **Project Coordination & Implementation** Track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Serve as the main contact for project execution, reducing CEO involvement in minor details. Ensure cross-departmental collaboration runs smoothly and deadlines are met. Organize and run weekly task meetings with the team to review progress. **Communication &Reporting** Manage internal communication, keeping teams aligned on priorities. Monitor key projects and provide weekly reports to the CEO on completed tasks, outstanding issues, and upcoming priorities. Follow up with team members on pending tasks to ensure execution. **E-Commerce & Website Coordination** Collaborate with the developer and marketing team to ensure Shopify updates, website issues, and feature improvements are addressed. Oversee website checks and optimizations with the team (product catalog, UX issues, missing updates). **Ensure Website & Catalog Alignment**; ensure product listings, collections, and promotions are structured correctly. Sales & Marketing Execution Support Ensure promotions, pricing updates, and product positioning strategies are implemented regularly. Work with the marketing and sales team to track the effectiveness of campaigns. Make sure competitor price tracking and market analysis are updated and used in decision-making. What We’re Looking For ✔ Highly organized & process-driven - you love creating structure in chaos. ✔ Strong project management skills - can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ✔ Problem solver - doesn’t wait for directions but finds solutions independently. ✔ Excellent communicator - keeps the team aligned and informed. ✔ Tech-savvy - comfortable working with eCommerce platforms, CRMs, and task management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar). **Requirements**: 2+ years in operations, project management, or business coordination. Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands is a plus. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and task/project management tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
