Facility Management Engineer:

- **Holds a degree in electrical engineering.**:

- **At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in managing projects of the same size in the GCC countries. ( At least 3 years experience in facility maintenance).**:

- Good professional knowledge of electromechanical systems (electricity, low current, mechanics)
- **Preferably QCDD-certified**:

- It is preferable that the grade B classification be from Kahramaa / the concerned authorities
- **Good knowledge of standards in the State of Qatar**:

- Good knowledge of quality management systems, health, safety, and environment management, and laws
- **High ability in analysis and problem-solving skills.**:

- Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
- **Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English**:

- Has strong self-motivation and can work without supervision
- **The ability to plan, organize, and supervise more than one team, and that its decisions are decisive**

Pay: QAR8,000.00 per month
