Junior Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Junior Project Coordination**: Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination or management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- **Certifications**: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and construction methodologies.
- Experience in public works or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to infrastructure design and construction.
