- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Computer proficiency and excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Maintain an organized schedule for the Managing Director, including setting up and managing appointments.
- Prioritize and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, to optimize the MD's time.
Bachelor’s Degree from Recognized university
