**Position Summary**:
The **Senior Construction Manager** is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget. This leadership role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout the construction lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Supervise project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and finance departments to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Review and approve project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and other construction-related documents.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree Engineering
- 6 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and project management tools
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
