You will be responsible to assist the Employee Accommodation Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Colleagues Accommodation as part of the Human Resources Division.

The Team Leader - Housing is responsible to responds quickly to colleague’s complaints ensuring courteous, professional service at all times.

To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety, as well as to be responsible for cleanliness and protection of surroundings.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-task.
