**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, pre-qualifications, and tenders.
- Assist in gathering and reviewing project data, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate proposal content.
- Prepare and format proposal documents, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance.
- Conduct research on client requirements, competitors, and market trends to strengthen proposals.
- Maintain a proposal database and track submission deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals in line with company standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in proposal/tender preparation or engineering consultancy (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Strong technical writing, editing, and formatting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of local/international standards and tendering procedures is an advantage.
