- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and coordinate with the team for inputs, execution methodologies, etc.
- Define client's requirements and define specific needs etc.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure background projects and industrial buildings including roads/utilities/buildings
- Have Strong Writing skills and strong communication skills.
- Prepare RFPs for sub-contractors, review calls for proposals, coordinate with procurement and sub-contractors, etc.
- Able to carry out technical and commercial evaluation, scoring, and evaluation criteria.
- Well aware of Employers’ minimum qualifications including local authorities.
- determining client requirements, performing research, calculating project costs, etc
- has Knowledge of the market or industry to meet the needs of clients and incorporate them into proposals.
- has the ability to conduct research and investigate potential opportunities.
- prepare and present technical presentations to clients / Employers, and work with teams of graphic designers and data analysts to develop these visual aids.
- prepare pre-qualification documents for the company, responsible for answering PQQs, queries etc.
