- Strong understanding of high-quality materials, fabrics, and finishes in luxury furniture.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers in the luxury furnishing industry.
