**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help with HR documentation, reporting, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and audits as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration.
