Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline
- Min 3 to 4 years of experience in Ship Chandling Sales & Trading. Technical knowledge of items. Experience in Procurement will be an added advantage. Geographic Experience:

- Qatar / GCC /Driving License
- MS Office package and working in Oracle is preferred
- Generate Ship Chandlering business from Milaha In-house departments, local and international Shipping companies.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients & generating business from existing accounts.
- Maintain good relationship with current customers and follow up with prospective clients of Ship Chandlery and related activities.
- Achieve MONTHLY SALES TARGET of Ship Chandelling products through regular / planned visits to customers and prospects.
- Make business proposal offers against received inquiries by offering right products or grades and prices.
- Ensure source of ship-chandelling items and stock of fast-moving items for timely delivery of products to Vessels/Customers.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with product performance and service.
- Participate in all related Tenders.
- Ensure that sales are in line with approved credit terms. Follow up payments and assist Credit Team in collection by sending SOA to Customers
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales report to be forwarded to Supervisor. Update customer visit Database.
- Liaise with NMSC procurement and supply team of various kinds of Ship Chandelling products.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report to be forwarded to Manager.
- Update Customer Visit database and prospects

**Salary**: QAR2,375.91 - QAR7,966.48 per month
