We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Speech and Language Therapist to lead our dedicated team. **Responsibilities**
- Lead comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on a wide range of speech and language pathology issues.
- Offer evidence-based therapy interventions to assist clients in achieving their speech and language goals.
- Supervise junior therapists, guiding their professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care.
- Document client progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans accordingly.
- Engage in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field, maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Active license in the field.
