**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and high-level functions
- Handle **VIP guest arrangements** including **flight bookings, airport transfers, and 5-star hotel accommodations**:

- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
- Ensure all logistics and hospitality arrangements meet luxury standards
- Provide on-site support during events and handle last-minute changes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **event coordination** or hospitality (minimum 3 years)
- Must be **fluent in English.**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and under pressure

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
