Doha, Qatar Manasco Advertising Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a **business development strategy** to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** in signage, outdoor advertising, events, retail, corporate, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **key decision-makers** (corporates, contractors, real estate developers, malls, and event agencies) existing client base is a plus.
- Oversee the preparation of **sales proposals, tenders, and quotations** with accurate pricing and profitability margins.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure **timely delivery** and **client satisfaction**.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor **market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments** to refine business strategies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility.

**Business Management**
- Take full responsibility for the **day-to-day operations** of the company, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure **timely project delivery**.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations to maintain healthy profit margins.
- Implement **business policies, systems, and reporting structures** for better accountability.
- Monitor **market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments** to refine both operational and sales strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales/operations team to achieve overall company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5-8 years of experience** in business development, preferably in **advertising, signage, printing, or outdoor media**.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within Qatar is a plus.
- Ability to balance **sales growth with operational feasibility**.
- Solid knowledge of **production processes, materials, and costs** in the signage industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability management.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.

**Compensation Package**
