The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing first and second-tier technical support across hardware, software, AV, and network systems. They act as the first point of contact for users and help maintain IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 support for end-users in Doha, Ras Laffan, and Mesaieed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and AV systems.
- Respond to service desk tickets, calls, and onsite support needs.
- Perform data backup and recovery tasks as needed.
- Assist in patch deployment and endpoint updates.
- Monitor system performance and report recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in IT asset management, tagging, and stock control.
- Set up AV equipment for meetings and events.
- Participate in technical projects and IT deployments.

Key Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft systems, basic networking, patching
- Experience with AV troubleshooting and conferencing tools

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years total experience, 3 years in a similar role preferred
- Certifications preferred: ITIL, MCP, CCNA

Pay: QAR15,000.00 per month
