The PA/PR is responsible for admin related tasks assigned by the GM in addition to PR related to work related processes.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Assist in meetings held with client.
- Follow-up with clients on their related work tasks.
- Follow-up with suppliers or subcontracts on work tasks.
- Prepare quotes, filing, and other organizational matters.
- Follow-up and attend to clients inquiry and if required outbond sales calls.
- Follow-up and complete required PR related Government matters.
**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge**:
- Fluency in English
- Arabic Speaking is advantage
- Proficiency in MS office
