**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aluminum and façade industry across Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Promote and sell company products and solutions for aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, windows, and façades.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct product presentations and technical support to clients and project teams.
- Track project pipelines from design to execution, ensuring inclusion of company products in project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profit margins.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and technical departments to provide accurate and timely project solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and project status in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Minimum 3-5 years**of sales experience in aluminum and façade industry in Qatar or the GCC.
- Strong technical understanding of façade systems, curtain walls, ACP cladding, windows, and glazing solutions.
- Proven track record in project sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and AutoCAD (basic understanding).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- **Must possess a valid Qatar driving license.**
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
