**Responsibilities**:

- To follow and ensure everyone stick to the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- To provide quality customer service at the highest standards
- To arrange shifts for Reception team
- To deal with membership sales and maintain merchandise stocks
- To update working files at Reception
- To carry out administrative tasks
- To maintain accuracy in all transactions
- To ensure the facility is maintained at highest standards
- To update HR/Procurement about requirements of merchandise orders
- To address any maintenance issues at the facility
- To keep in touch with maintenance contractors to ensure any maintenance issues are resolved without any delay
- To update the maintenance log and follow up any pending issues
- To arrange work permits for all maintenance tasks
- Reports any general issues to General Manager

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Maintenance background will be an advantage

**Skill requirements**:

- Strong Administrative skills and Technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
- Always keep professional standards

**Other requirements**:

**Salary**: QAR3,800.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
