**FUNCTION**: Security - Legal & External Affairs

**LOCATION**:Doha, Qatar

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is responsible to provide full secretarial & administrative services to the MEC Security, Procurement and Operations Teams

**Reports to**:Security Manager

**Geographic Scope**:Qatar

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Provide a full range of office management services to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and that the organisation’s image is maintained.
- Maintain the Key Safe and its inventory for all desks, door keys and any other keys used in the Office.
- Manage the Access Cards - printing for new joiners, check the records with reception on a weekly basis of the entire staff and visitors log, and replace lost cards.
- Maintain a sheet with all the Thuraya Phone system information - Phone Sets and SIM Card number. Also allocate the systems to the users and keep a track of it. Prepared the bills on a monthly basis and hand it over to accounts for payment.
- Update the MEC Security Team Community Space on Interact
- Ensure that the full operational set is ready upon arrival of a newcomer such as (desk, Laptop, mobile phone, etc.)
- Arranging and coordinating all the workshops / meetings / conferences in Qatar To demonstrate the true leadership while giving support to my colleagues in both teams
- Manage effectively networking with all other functions in MEC

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- A relevant degree from reputable university
- At least 10 years of experience of working in similar role
- Good team and Interpersonal skills
- Proactiveness, ownership and drive
- High skills in team-work, make things happen, strategic thinking and data analysis
- Manage the complete administration of any assigned projects
- Independently handle administrative work and subsequent problems issues when required
