**Job description**:
We have a new opportunity for a Digital Officer focusing on AVEVA Products. The position will be based in Doha on a contract basis.
- Ensure the availability and consistency of digital initiatives, process and management plan within projects division and lead this digital process system through the projects digital journey.
- Ensure proper execution of integrated digital process management across projects division including solution architecture, implementation planning, delivery, management, and support in order to meet MP digital requirements.
- Focal point for all digital execution strategy within division.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Qualification: degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
- Good level of technical understanding of all relevant industry digitalization process especially in Oil & Gas industry.
- Previous experience with execution of digital processes within project environment
- Through understanding of data modeling, data architecture principals and database management systems
- Previous working experience with AVEVA Products including AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Instrument and Electrical and etc,
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, and programming languages
- Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislations on SHE aspect,
- Familiar with Oil & gas project organizations
- Language: fluent English,
- Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
