**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Technical writer for IT policies, procedures, support in IT risk assessments for telecom systems
- Liaising with various IT department section such as IT Cyber security, Governance Risk and Control.
- Coordination and supporting all radio licensing, import permissions type approval and liaising with the Communication Regulatory authority Qatar under the supervisory support of QELNG personnel.
- Should have rendered technical support and service to cover preventive and corrective maintenance and online monitoring of PAGA system installations.
- Shall be able to support to perform assigned recurring / process controls based on the risk assessments as and when directed.
- Shall be able to develop and manage SharePoint related workflows and data bases for telecom systems inventory, radio licences etc
- Shall support telecom team in preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) provide required support and assistance in raising eMOC’s, Risk Analysis report, Incident report etc.
- Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
- Support Material Management and purchasing of spares and help in preparation of telecom related project related documentation as and when requested for.

**Education**
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Software engineering from a reputed University or recognized equivalent to a minimum.
- Bachelor’s Degree would be an added value advantage

**Experience**
- Minimum 6 years’ experience out of which at least 3 years should have been preferably in an oil and gas industry
- Technical knowhow of Telecom system installations in Oil and gas industry.

**Certification**
- Certification in SQL
- Knowledge of Sharepoint
- Technical writing (additionally preferred)
- Software development

**Skills**:

- Knowledge in SAP MM(Material Management) Module-To Create/Update/Delete Material Items through SAP MDG (Material governance) would be added value.
- Raise requests to increase the SSL counts ,follow up with MDG team for approvals on raised requests on SSL counts.
- Support in Following up with Buyers on the Purchase requisitions, Follow up with expedite teams on the PO Items to update telecommunication team member about the delivery of items as and when required.
- Retrieve the data from SAP by downloading the reports
- Knowledge of SharePoint site
- Creation of share-point sites based on user requirements
- Managing SharePoint Permission
- SharePoint database maintenance-filling the data ,updating the data.
- QGPAM - Support in QGPAM activities-Verification of user accounts using Access review forms.

**Other requirements**
- Should have a valid vehicle driving license preferably a Qatari driving license.
